Captains House - Kaptenimaja - Officers deck

We booked 2 apartments. They were in a nice building, not far from the town center and supermarket. It was easy to get in, the key was left in a keylock, the instructions were sent by the property.

The apartments have a lot of potential but at this point, there are a lot of things to be fixed. We stayed 4 nights. There was not enough toilet paper. The bathroom in the room nr 3 has no hooks or any kind of space where you can leave your clothes or towel! The kitchen is equipped with only a few items, but basics are missing - barely a pot large enough to cook pasta in, no strainer... They say they have a coffee machine but don't mention there is a charge of 2 euro per coffee pod used. There are curtains in the kitchen/living area but you cannot draw them for they are only decorative. Only covering the walls, not windows. Another thing was the lack of storage. There was literally nowhere to put your clothes. One bedroom had what looked like a bookcase with glass shelves and door. Then there was nothing. No desk or little storage.All our clothes were thrown on the sofa. Some you could hang in the corridor at least. Aircon in the living area only. Weak internet. Not a place for 4 people. Apartment nr 5 was small, but with similar issues. The biggest let down in that apartment was the very outdated bathroom. The shower cabin had either mold spots or other black and brown spots all over, not something you would like to see. We noticed some grill and some hot tubs in the garden but no info on whether you can use them or not. The same went with the rest of things. No basic information from the owners, apart from the locker code and wifi password. If you want to stay here 1 night, I guess it is OK. For more, I don't recommend.

Siisti, sijainti hyvä, tilava, rauhallinen ympäristö.

Käyttöohjeet laitteisiin puuttuivat, emme saaneet televisiota toimimaan. Ilmastointilaite ei totellut kaukosäädintä, ilmeisesti paristot lopussa. Makuuhuoneessa ei yhtään lukuvaloa.

Keskeinen sijainti

Asunto oli hyvin niukasti varusteltu. Astioita oli hyvin vähän. Esim. Salaattikulhoa eikä ottimia ei ollut. Muutenkin keittiövälineitä ei juurikaan ollut. Neljä mukia, neljä lautasta ja muutama kulho. Yöpöydät puuttuivat sekä yövalot puuttuivat. Vessapaperia löytyi neljälle henkilölle yksi rulla. Ruokapöydän ympärillä oli vain kaksi tuolia. Mihin lie toiset kaksi olivat joutuneet. Vaatekaappia ei myöskään ollut. Kuumaa vettä ei tullut yhtenä aamuna ja piti ottaa vuokraajaan yhteyttä.

Sängyt olivat suorastaan karmeita nukkua, teki tiukkaa pysyä hereillä seuraavan päivän pitkästä ajomatkasta, huonosti nukutun yön jälkeen. Selkä ja kaikki paikat kolotti. Suihku voisi olla selkeämpi käyttää, tai ainakin suihkukopin ohjeistus seinällä. Varasimme 3 hlölle huoneen, kaikki tarvikkeet, pyyhkeet, vuodevaatteet olivat 2 hlölle 😔

Väga kodune, avar ja mõnus majutuskoht. Meeldivalt suur vannituba kahe kraanikausi ja saunaga, mis andis hästi palju juurde. Kööginurgas oli kõik vajalik olemas, nii et saime iga päev ise süüa teha. Toas oli ka konditsioneer, mille abil sai tagada sellise temperatuuri, mis endale sobis. Parkida sai kohe maja kõrval ja õues sai soovi korral grillida. Vana maja, mis oli seest korda tehtud ja tänapäevaseks renoveeritud ning asus otse keskuses. Omanik on ka väga tore :)

Kui üldse millegi üle kurta, siis ehk oleks magamistoas võinud olla kapp või riiul, kuhu oma riideid panna, aga samas olid koridoris riidepuud ja väiksemad asjad sai toolile panna.
