A comunicação com o proprietário e a organização foi excelente, me senti em casa. A vista da varanda é incrível.. Viajamos com duas crianças pequenas e não nos faltou nada. Com certeza voltaremos.

We spent one week here and it was really nice. The apartment is simple but very spacious and clean. There's a terrace where you can eat or sit and enjoy the day. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nicely furnished, there's also a washing machine if you need it. We always found a parking space for our rental and if you want you can walk a couple minutes and go watch machico from the viewpoint on the side of the road. Diamantino was the best! He gave us a free transfer from the airport and even stopped at the supermarket to let us buy some things for the morning after (we landed at night). He also recommended 2 restaurants and meanwhile told us a bit of Madeira's story (even showing us pictures of machico before the airport landing was made bigger). Before our arrival he also contacted the car rental to deal with them and got us the car we needed. Overall this was a valid cheap alternative if you don't want to spend a lot and stay in Funchal.

Since the place is so close to the airport, there's a lot of noise that can disrupt your sleep, but we knew that and after the first night you get used to it. There's no oven (but there's a microwave), so if you want to cook your own food be careful of what you buy. Hot water works with a boiler, so it gets really hot quickly but you also can't shower for too long or it'll turn cold. These are things we kind of wished were better, but are not really a deal breaker.

Diamantino et Miguel ont été très à l'écoute, sympathiques et de bons conseils. L'appartement est à 5 minutes de l'aéroport en voiture. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique.

Appartamento confortevole e molto pulito dotato di tutto il necessario, bellissimo balcone con sedie, tavolo, sedia dondolo e vista panoramica, grande parcheggio gratuito davanti la struttura. Molto disponibile gentile e attento al turista il Signor Diamantino che offre anche molti consigli utili per una vacanza in tranquillità.

Su situación y la cercanía al aeropuerto, fue una tranquilidad pensar q en 5 minutos ya estaríamos llegando y además sin colas de entrada.

Cómo crítica constructiva, deberían renovar menaje de ollas y sartenes (ya no tienen ni teflón), aunque bueno, había una plancha q sí era nueva o, al menos no tenía deteriorado el antiadherente, además de bayetas aparte de la de secar.
