The location was perfect,quite area

The room just needed the walls cleaned and the bedding was dirty and one of the bedding was ripped.

Great location for attending a gig at The Piece Hall, Halifax isn't a big town centre and the venue was easily within walking distance.The town centre is a short, 3 or 4 minute walk, and there's plenty good eating places and a lovely, decent bar (The Victorian) close by. The property itself is on a quiet street and definitely helped in making our visit very relaxed.

The only drawback is we ended up staying there in the hottest few days of the year so far, and being on the 2nd (top) floor we couldn't open the windows. There was a fan in the room, but sadly it had little effect.

The location was superb if you wanted to stay 5 minutes walk from the piece halls . It’s a shame the apartment wasn’t cleaner

I thought we were staying in a hostile / homeless centre. When we entered the building there was an odour of cigarette smoke, smoke and a general unkempt smell. Paint peeling of the walls snd mail boxes with doors hanging off. The kitchen area and bathroom were both in need of a good clean. Dirt around the doors. Food splatter up the side of the kettle and in the microwave. Food deposits on switches and the extractor fan was gross. We had a 2 night stay booked and left after 1 night. The electronic information pack link was disabled so info about parking was not available and checking details arrivedd 1 hour before check in time. I would add more pictures but I’m unable to up load them .

Very central

Apartment was not very clean. Hallway and stairs were filthy, Floors in bathroom and kitchenette were dirty. Fridge was not cleaned.

When walking up to the flat i was a bit skeptical, however once in and started to know the surrounding i felt very safe throughout my whole stay

There’s nothing i didn’t like just the entrance way was a bit smelly but it’s a block of flats so there’s not much you can do about that

Location was good for our venue

On arriving people sitting outside on wall ..entrance not clean which put us off ..the studio had everything you could ask .. Cutlery etc needed washing plus inside of microwave needed a clean ..bed was comfortable ..doors slamming early hours of the morning ..on the Sunday night some one was in hall way till early hours of the morning talking really loud to someone else not nice when next morning you have 4 hour drive home .
