Oda gayet ferah ve temizdi.

Ayrica şehir vergisi isteyip onu ödedikten sonra kod yollamalari çok saçmaydı. Açıkçası ben dolandırıcık bu diye düşündüm ve mail adresimi vermedim. Gittigimde resepsiyonda birileri vardır diye düşündüm fakat kimse olmadığı ve bizimde kodumuz olmadığı için binaya giremedik. Booking üzerinden bütün ücret ödenmeli ve bir daha tekrar uğraşılmamalı bence. Ayrica otopark ücreti çok pahalı. Odada mutfak var ve birseyler pişirmek için ocak var. Sorun şu ki aspirator yok ve yangin alarm sensörü çok hassas eger öterse itfaiye gelir parasınida siz ödersiniz yazilmis. Peki orda nasil bir sey pisirebilirsin hemen ustunde sensör var.

Es war sauber, modern und schön groß. Kontakt zum Team war gut und Fragen wurden schnell, freundlich und umfänglich beantwortet.

Wandleisten sind schon sehr arg abgewohnt und in Teilen brüchig. Duschtüren haben nicht genug geschlossen, so dass Wasser ausgelaufen ist. Für einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz € 25,00/Nacht zu verlangen ist schon ziemlich teuer.

Ich habe alle Infos kurz, übersichtlich und vollständig per eMail bekommen. Die Lage des Hauses ist absolut ruhig, das Zimmer (305) hell und freundlich. Vormittags scheint die Sonne rein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (Kapsel), Kühlschrank, 2 Kochfelder, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Geschirr für 4 Personen). In 30 min ist man zu Fuß an der Außenalster, in 40 min an der Elbphilharmonie und am Hafen. Egal welche Wege man zu Fuß nimmt: Es gibt immer Spannendes zu entdecken. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Die Lage, die Größe des Apartments und der Check-In/Check-Out waren super. Dank des Türcodes konnte man jederzeit sicher sein, nicht den Schlüssel vergessen zu haben. 😄 Parkplätze waren (auch ohne die Nutzung der Tiefgarage) vor Ort vorhanden.

Das Apartment war leider schon etwas verwohnt (Flecken und Macken an Boden/Wänden), die Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert und einen Kurzschluss ausgelöst, teilweise war die Sauberkeit nur mittelmäßig. Alles in allem keine großen Gründe, sich unwohl zu fühlen – aber Optimierungsbedarf. ☺️
