Clean, comfortable bed , coffee, good Internet, attentive owner.

Every time we are in Haskovo, my husband, little daughter and I return to this wonderful apartment situated in the center of town. It is a real pleasure to spend time here, since we always have everything we need, from kitchen utensils, to hair dryer, toys and toiletries. Everything is thought out in detail to make the tourists' stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment feels like a home away from home, as it is decorated in very good taste and it is exceptionally clean. The host is very discreet and extremely helpful, always a message away ready to answer our questions. We will surely come back and we recommend the Charisma apartment without any reservations.

A magnificent apartment! I have stayed there quite a few times and every time it is perfect. It was great before the renovation last year and I didn't believe there was something to be improved, but its new outlook is amazing! Strongly recommend

The apartment is centrally located and is furnished very tastefully with modern furniture. Our host was very proactive with their communication and even offered to pay our metered parking. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment, it had everything we needed, nothing too fancy or over the top, but what I respect the most - it was very clean. The second standout part about it IS the host! Best hosting experience I had in my travels to date. Always available and helpful! 11/10!
