Southfield House

Liked quiet, but central location, with a lovely garden.

No oven hob, only a mini oven and microwave.

Beautiful property close to beach,shops restaurants. Host was friendly and left tea coffee home made jams etc. The gardens were exceptional ( though we didn’t have chance to use them)

I hadn’t realised we would be sharing the house with the host and family, even though we had all the top floor I felt a little like we were intruding. The garden was in use for a family gathering so we could not use any facilities. On the website it shows the beautiful gardens and summer house ( which is not for guests ) just think this should have been explained on booking.com. Also there are lots of antiques around in the apartment So not suitable for young children I had taken my two grandsons 😞

Location was great, short walk to the promenade & very close to pubs & restaurants. Lovely vibrant town

It's a lovely spacious apartment . Very comfortable with the personal touchs in all rooms. The host was such a lovely lady who made us all feel welcome, which contributed to our lovely stay.

The apartment was bigger than what we expected. There was tea, coffee etc provided and a bonus was homemade jam for the morning. The location was great! We were there for a birthday and were 5 minutes walk to the party.

The only slight issue was the heating, but it was resolved quickly.
