Absolutely lovely owner, even tho I had some delays during my travel he was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is quite big with all the convenient rooms. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary equipment. Bed was a little too soft for me but it’s just a personal preference. Private parking spot and quiet neighborhood is also huge plus. Highly recommended!

As during my visit it was hot summer days AC would be perfectly, however fan is available, so it’s not huge deal.

Homburg, where the apartment is located, is a very cute and quiet place. When you wake up in the morning, you can hear bird sounds. Because its surroundings are covered with forests. I am an orthopedic surgeon. I stayed in this apartment with my wife and daughter for 8 days for the 22nd AO Trauma pelvis and acetabulum fracture course. This apartment is very nice, well-kept and clean. The apartment is non-smoking, which is a great thing. There is a small open area/garden in front of the house for smoking. You can also park your car in this area. The owner, Mr. Alfons, is very polite and hospitable. He gave us his phone number and e-mail address. We reached him via WhatsApp. He solved every problem we had and helped us. It was especially kind of him to let us use the washing machine. The flat consists of 3 combined rooms: 1 bedroom, 1 study, 1 kitchen and toilet/bathroom. It includes 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen from what we bought from the market. The market has everything you need. A bus passes in front of the house. There is a market within walking distance. There is a clothing outlet (Zweibrücken fashion outlet) 20 minutes away by car: You can buy products of many brands at big discounts in the stores here. In short, the price is very reasonable when considered in terms of the facilities of the apartment (especially the well-maintained and cleanliness of the apartment). We did not experience any negative events during our stay in this apartment, which is the first time in my life that this has happened to me :).
