No porque no era el apartamento correcto me ubicaron del otro lado no en la ubicación q yo reserve.

Desde un principio no podía entrar todo era confuso y estaba parada buscando clave y un carro de atrás abrió el portón para entrar al garaje q da el acceso al edificio y cuando logre agarrar las llaves y el control y Pues el control no tenía batería ,llegue por la noche al siguiente día me enteré q me dieron un apartamento equivocado osea yo reserve en frente de la piscina y me dieron uno del otro lado del edificio. Al final termine muy molesta porque era domingo y q las oficinas cerradas y ni me cambiaron y ni me reembolsaron. Pague 500 por dos dias y según apartamento de lujo y nada de eso era. No se los recomiendo y los pasillos huelen feo nada de lo q dise es sierto.las camas chillaban solo con medio moverse . Y los controles de larv sin batería tambien. Todo mal

Very good location, near lots of restaurants and shopping.

No instructions provided on how to access the pool, when trying to go, there was a locked gate that I could not open with my key, I tried to call the property but no one answered and went into voice mail, I texted them by the booking app but got no reply, it was a shame to pay for a facility with a nice pool and not being able to use it.

I felt it could have had sugar and cream to go with the coffee Had a few problems with parking passes and our key fob. The manager was a great help.

The bed was very comfy & bed linens smelled amazing. Customer service was wonderful. The owner replied back quickly to solve any issues and was very friendly.

Oh my God…this was not my first option to begin with bc the rating was only a 7.1. The one I was SUPPOSED to be in had EXCEPTIONAL ratings…when you walk into this apartment just throw the word luxury out the window. Decor was seriously lacking and leaving much to be desired. There is a super old scent like an old persons perfume in there. The scent was hot and heavy with a faint smell of smoke. The couch is too small to be comfortable and is old, looks dusty so I used a comforter to wrap up in to not just touch it with my body. The sliding glass door felt like it weighed 50 lbs and was too hard to open without help from one of my kids and even my son struggled with it too so we didn’t even sit outside and enjoy the balcony. The microwave and a small glass table appeared to have been “cleaned” with a dirty towel and a large smear was left on each. The refrigerator was beyond belief…It was super duper ULTRA crusty as I don’t know WHAT in the ice/ water dispenser part like it had never been cleaned a day in LIFE. If you looked up inside it, that part was like crusty and moldy too. Thank God I brought my cooler and it was filled with ice and drinks…I took pics of EVERYTHING. Even around the refrigerator handle it was NASTY. The master bathroom….I opened up a roll of tissue and even it looked somewhat stuck together as If a little water and dust/dirt or something had gotten to it through the paper. Overall I hated this place with all my heart and the only reason I didn’t relocate to another one is bc I was already waiting for booking.com to send my refund back from the PREVIOUS booking that was canceled like a day before my trip …OMG!!
