The location, on the beach and convenient to Market Village grocery, shops, Starbucks, gym, and movie theater.

Nothing. We’ve stayed in the complex before and perfect.

At the office there was trouble finding my reservation. It took 30 minutes to get the key.

The location was perfect for our family - right across the street from a large shopping mall, but quiet from inside the complex. The beach was quiet in just that area but there were bars and restaurants on either side. The complex itself was very quiet and peaceful with big shaded pool beds.

This was just what our family wanted, but I could see other families not enjoying the busy street outside.

Clean, good size and good location

It would have been nice to know that we needed basic bath and kitchen products. So we didn’t have to go shop after long travel. We could have packed some basic items.

A very nice apartment with everything that you need: e.g watercooker, bread toaster and washing machine. Very nice staff and nice owner that answered promptly on a question we had. The apartment is located very near a shopping mall, very handy. A big plus is also the nice swimming pool with easy access to the beach.

Like the area, with Market Village shopping mall with many shops and food places, just across the road over the bridge 5 min slow walk. Beach is at the bottom of the pool area with a few steps down to the beach, and a few minutes walk to the left of the property there is a nice area with sunbeds 100b each and a great restaurant all on the ⛱️ beach. At night you're only a 5 min ride on the Bhat bus or Tuk Tuk taxi (more expensive 🫰) just wait for the bus only 15B or 20B each to the night market with lots of street stalls and at the top of that road there are some nice seafood restaurants 😁.

Not a dislike, but a bit of advice electric and water was charged in the price with booking.com. Jason does send lots of info and in the info there is a bit about electric and water cost, I think how it worked out for my 3 day trip was.booking.com took out the cost for days I was staying there, but when I checked out the lady at reception gave me a bill for electric and water 350b I did show her the booking confirmation with the price of the 3 nights and utility cost for 3 nights added, she was happy then, so it's just something to keep an eye on. as not sure if other bookings have the utilities added to the cost or you pay at the end. But overall it was a good stay and my sister has booked up the same room in April 25.

A lovely apartment in an excellent location, just a 3 hour transfer from Bangkok, perfect for families. We really appreciated the local information and tried one of the recommended fish restaurants on the pier, which was amazing. Our kids loved the mall access and pool.. An affordable, well-appointed apartment with lovely staff. Highly recommend.
