- The provided coffee maker, upon request - Maid service every 3 days - higher floor with view facing north, with partial seaview - Good communication from owner, with fast response times

- The provided towels - The broken sliding glass door that couldn't be locked - The red water cooker is broken and couldn't be used - Early pool closing time - Mattress not very comfortable - Decorations with stock photos left inside -Only one key card provided; as a couple, it would have been good to be provided with 2 key cards
