both toilets had the shower without curtains/glass; during the shower everything get wet. Toilets are blind, no windows, just a noisy fan extractor The refrigetor had a compressor so noisy during the working. I plugged it off the main a/c in the living space, was too noisy; both, engines inside/outside. the a/c in master bedroom leaks on the wall socket. I turned it off The terrace is facing at a high voltage cable damaged, just 10 meters from the balcony; there was an electrical short circuit 24/24, plus the external a/c machine noise, it was impossible to smoke quietly.........the street down there is less noisy. 100 meters far away there is a building site with huge tower cranes -2-, they work 7/7. For every need, employees at the desk, they redirect you to speak/call somebody, (Jim or who else) EVEN FOR TOILET PAPER! I was in need of a safety box, they give me one for a deposit of 2.000 bath, if I'm not mistaking. The lock was so hard I had to struggle no less than 1 minute before opening

Quite area close to beach. Nice pool and very nice staff Familymary in front of building Public transportation just approximately 400 meters away for quick ride into Hus Hin center
