location is good, the beach is quite far, around 20 mins. the room and the building is very new, and clean. the host is helpful and kind. cleaning is on every second day. you are able to park your car before the building.

the bedsheet did not smell so good, and we had few toilet paper.

The suite is excellent. New, Clean and comfortable. Located in the main strip of Laganas 2km from the beach in a quite place. The most important thing is that the suite and its condition is exactly as it presented in the photos.

I liked that the bed was comfortable, the room has an AC, a fridge, a coffee machine. The host communicated in a timely manner the location of the property and the way to get the keys. The fact that you don't need to meet someone in person to get the keys was very convenient. Upon arrival we found water, coffee pods in the room. The booking description states that there is no Wifi, but there is Wifi. The host should update the description.

Communication with the host was inconsistent. Except the initial communication of the check-in procedure, the host ignored any other messages. We were interested if we could do a late checkout or store our luggage, for example, but got no reply. A simple "no" would have been a lot better than no reply. The apartment is located on Laganas road, which has constant very loud traffic. The location is a good 25 minutes walk from Laganas beach. Even though the apartment has a large balcony, there was no clothes drying rack. People come for the beach here, the host should consider that.

The Owner, or someone with access to the bookings, let themselves in my room at 01:30 with a lady friend, told me to get out as I shouldn’t be in there (I booked 48 hours before) he was drunk and stunk of cigarettes. He stood and argued that I didn’t have a booking, while checking his phone for the bookings list. the most ridiculous, unprofessional place I’ve ever booked and I’ll be making sure nobody I know ever books again. imagine I was a solo female traveller, how threatening and frightening that situation would be. I’ve been complaining since Wednesday morning (now Sunday) and asking for a full refund and I’ve had nothing back whatsoever. Stay away guys.

Apartment was clean, had a nice view and all the staff every apartament should have. Balcony was very nice designed bathroom as well. The only think might dissapoint You is that the apartament is quite small for 4 people.

Nothing at all, location might be not so close to the beach (around 25 min by walk) but we knew this. Either way it close enough to clubs and city center also. Also the advantage of the location is that You won't hear noices when You want to fall asleep earlier.
