after long searching for clean and well maintained apartment, i choose that apartment while scared facing any misleading information or not true information, actually i surprised from the first time entering that apartment, it was rated over 9+ and it’s already deserved it because everything listed is true and new , besides the owner which have a good communication and fast replies to all inquiries, the apartment is New 3 bedroom apartment, 2 bath , new and modern kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, infrared stove and oven, 3 balcony , A/C hot and cold in all room and living area, living room with smart tv ( can mirror apple and android) + Netflix subscription , the most important thing is all windows and balcony are Double glass which make the apartment quiet from noise ( if there is noise ) , the apartment location in quiet area , many free parking, high speed fiber internet , dining table for 6 , there is many mini markets and bakeries near it , thank for hospitality and thank for our neighbor maria ( on same floor ) which helped and guided us during our stay.
