We found the apartment exactly as described. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. We enjoyed the quiet residential street with lots of greenery around, but also just a short walk from the lake and every cafe or grocery store we ever wanted to visit.

Literally no downsides come to mind. It was a great stay.

"Comfortable, clean and close to the lake."

Perfect location, close to the lake. A garage was a plus, so we don't need to worry about parking. I loved the small kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy.

I understand that the owner has to control the water boiler, so they removed all the knobs so guests can mess with the water temperature. Unfortunately, the water temperature was low, and I could not get a hot shower for 2 days. Moreover, cold water dripped from the main shower head when we used the handled shower.
