If you are looking for a wonderful sea view, this property is absolutely amazing. George, our host, was always in touch, and communication was effortless. He was incredibly kind and even left some items for us in the fridge upon arrival. He also kindly allowed us to stay for the entire day on check-out. We created beautiful memories at Mariliz, and we would definitely recommend it.

Az apartman közvetlenül a tengerparta nyílik! A kert nagyon kellemes, kerti étkező asztal éjszakai világítással. Kerti zuhanyzó, nyugágyak! Minden ami a pihenéshez kell! Az apartman nagyon jól felszerelt, a háziak étellel vártak minket a hűtőben.

A fost bine să venim după un drum lung și să găsim în frigider niște gustări de bun venit . Locația este fix lângă plaja , și asta este un punct forte al locației . Plaja este a ta , nu te deranjează nimeni , intrare lină în apă , curată . Șezlong , prosoape , duș în curte totul te așteaptă acolo . Seara se poate servii cina în foișor cu sunetul valurilor împrejur . Parcare privată în curte , doar pentru o mașină . Pentru cine interesează , viteza la internet este foarte bună ( 120Mbs )

Casă nu mai este tânără și trebuie investit din nou pentru a satisface toți vizitatorii. - Plasele de țânțari nici una funcțională , în prima noapte ne-au distrus . - cabina de duș murdară cu mucegai ( vezi capul de duș și marginile) - furnici multe în bucătărie lângă chiuvetă . - pe pereți parcă a fost război , mulți țânțari omorâți și lăsați acolo să-ți “zâmbească “ - eu am rămas uimit când am găsit gunoi ( uitat să fie colectat) în dormitorul dinspre plaja . Recomand proprietarului să verifice din când în când curățenia . Trebuie firmă cu ustensile profesionale de curățenie .

The beachfront location, the clear water, the view from thw house - all amazing.

The view from the garden was amazing, you have a shadow space and right after standing up you can go swim in a Cristal clear water!

Amazing place. The beach is right behind your door and totally yours. The host is very welcoming and supportive. Just rent a car (Cosmos car rental is highly recommended) to feel free.

We have to stay longer😊

We loved being right by the sea—it was amazing to have such easy access. The beach felt almost private, with just us and the guests from the neighbouring zimmer enjoying it. We also loved the beautiful, natural-looking breakwater that was hidden under the water - we swam out to it every day during our stay at Mariliz, a round trip of about 20 minutes. The thoughtful touch of leaving beers and other drinks for us — along with bread, of course, as any true Greek host would — was much appreciated, and the cosy, homey decor and cleanliness of the place made it feel extra special.

What i liked most about the property was the ocean in the backyard and the backyard picnic and dining tables & magnificent pink bush along with the wonderful air conditioning throughout the flat! And George’s wonderful hospitality.

In general the sewage system around Cyprus and Greece (not specific to this property).

Jestesmy zachwyceni miejscem, wyjscie z domu bezpośrednio na plażę. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry.

Komunikacja miejska praktycznie nie działa, bardzo duży problem dostać sie do Larnaki, uber na Cyprze nie funkcjonuje, probowaliśmy zamawiać Bolta, ale był za każdym razem anulowany. Udało sie ogranąć miejskiego przewożnika dopiero po kilku godzinach. Więc to jest bardzo duży minus, ale miejsc wynagradza wszytko.

The fact that the property is located right by the sea and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday makes it an ideal choice. The beds were comfortable, the linens clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the bathroom stocked with essentials like shower gel, shampoo, and more. The host also kindly left us some food and drinks, for which we are very grateful. We will definitely return to this wonderful place!
