La Veranda Sea View apartments

easy checkin we arrived late so key was left in a lock box next to door for us to self check in. Owner also owns the restaurant downstairs which has very nice food (we ate there 3 times I think during our 7 night stay) and you get 10% discount off everything on the menu. Owner is really friendly and is like your grandad who would do anything for you if you needed it. Area was quiet and safe to be around with free parking. We had an issue one night with another apartment having alot of guests after midnight but owner sorted this promptly when we messaged him.

It wasn't a problem for us but this is not suitable for mobility impared people as the apartments are up several sets of stairs with no lift.

Good location only 4 minutes walk to the beach. Bus stop nearby with easy access to Larnaca town. Comfortable apartment.

A lot of steps up to apartment so not ideal for elderly visitors

Location wise it was spot on you couldn’t fault it the rooms size is fantastic and has most appliances and facilities you’d expect.

The door lock was broken on the veranda it wouldent lock so I went and bought a screw driver and fixed it myself, the A/C could have been switched on around the time we said we’d arrive, there is no Lift carrying 2 large suitcases and 3 small was pretty exhausting and very sweaty, also the apartment could do with two A/C units, we also found many small cockroaches in the kitchen draws and they got onto our personal belongings in the cupboard spaces too. No large one but quite a few on the ground floor outside as you go down the steps. Oh and the cold water tap in the shower keeps getting stuck if you turn it to full, it took a while to gently loosen it free.

Great apartment with everything you'll need for your stay (including a coffee machine and a TV with Netflix). Very close to the beach and bus stop that will take you to Larnaca city in 15 mins. Very calm neighbourhood wit lots of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The apartment has an AC located in the bedroom, which is a life saver during extremely hot days.

Everything was great. Great value for money.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with variety of kitchen equipment, and balcony to relax looking at the sea. Spyros is an amazing host, taking care of all customers, also in the restaurant, flexible to guests' needs. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and discount provided for guests. The beach is just across the street, and the location is generally quiet.

We missed an air conditioner in the living room, as Cyprus gets quite hot in July ))

The property was extremely clean, well furnished and catered for all my needs whilst I was staying for a Scuba Diving holiday with the dive centre located only a few minutes walk away. The beach situated just across the road was a lovely place to read along with the balcony in the apartment to seek shade during the midday hours. The food and the service in the restaurant below was superb and I would like to extend a huge thank you to the owner for allowing me a later check-out time due to my flight home being later in the evening. I can’t wait to return to Cyprus and stay here in the coming months.
