the apartment was perfect for a family stay , big and clean with all the facilities you need for a short or long stay .communication was prompt, and alex, the host was very nice.i highly recommend this apartment, and we ll definitely come back next year 🙏

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beach is near the apartment Everything was near the apartment. The hosts are very helpful, and answer very quickly. I recommend this apartment.

Great location. Great apartment!

Very nice flat fully furnished. Very nice seaside view and also perfect view of the larnaca summer festival events. Down the building you can find directly a Coffee nero / starbuck / Burger king and many other restaurants / coffee place. There is a doctor service, massage shop and mini market about 40 meter outside the building. But what made this stay amazing was PAUL the assistant of the owner. Very polite & dedicated person, gives you all the information you need, think about everything and reply all the time (sunday included).

Nothing wrong with the flat. But the floor needs to be redone since it is squeeking on many area.

However, the host is friendly, the location is great for a city break.

Incorrect information: the apartment do not have free parking, you have to drive to another place and look for a free place; the size of the apartment is indicated as 100 sq.m. is incorrect (max. about 75 sq.m.). One bedroom without daylight, dark and not cozy, the air comes from the old house's central air conditioning system and is very loud in this room.. The apartment smells of mold, the furniture is worn. The rated apartment does not match the rating. It's a pity that it sows mistrust in the ratings.
