Sea-Esta Seaview Apartment, 200 meters to the beach

Location

Uncomfortable beds, garbage collection noise in the middle of the night, construction noise during day. Very old apartment with peeling paint despite some attempt to brighten it up with a beach decor. No sign on the apartment and extremely difficult to find!

The apartment was in an excellent location, right on the beach, it was comfortable, two identical bedrooms with comfortable beds, a kitchen with all the elements, a sunny apartment, two terraces, one with a view of the neighboring beach, easy check-in, we didn't meet the hosts, but they were available at whats app anytime.Air-conditioned in all three rooms, only the kitchen was too hot, but not a problem.

There were not enough utensils in the kitchen, such as enough cups and mugs for coffee, and utensils for baking in the oven.We stayed for 9 nights and it was strange that they only left two rolls of toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked to enter the apartment earlier and we were not allowed, and we arrived at 8:00, the previous guests left at 11:00 and until 2:00 nobody came to prepare the apartment, so in 41'C we waited for less than an hour for them to clean it. The same thing happened for going out, we asked to go out at least two hours later, we were not allowed, and no one came to clean until 1 pm. It's a little unfair,

I like the apartment and there are two bedrooms. Definitely will rent it again. Was clean and we enjoyed staying on the balcony .

Size, location , cleanliness

Decor Could do with A little updating ,maybe a tv and microwave would of been a bonus

The location close to beach,mini super market was down the building,restaurants,perfect location

No microwave, that’s wrong because somebody needs to microwave their food not all the time put it in the fire that’s wrong

Great location. There is a bus stop nearby to the airport. Beautiful view, two balconies. Lots of space. Very satisfied.

Location was pretty good exactly what we were looking for. Nice view from the balcony.

An apartment without TV? How would it cost to add simple TV costs nowdays not to avoid people like me putting this in the reviews? More could be done to freshen up the space and/or make it a little more cozy. It felt cold uninviting to spend time in,

I liked the location. Location is amazing. And good for the money we paid.

The fact that it was quite dusty in the house. It looked like the house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It was tidy indeed, but it looked like it was cleaned months ago and then they let the dust settle. The furniture was very old, smelled really really bad . It smelled like old forgotten furniture. It also looked like the furniture started to warp, crack and it smelled like mold inside insanily intense. The rug in the middle of the living room has to be removed. Looks bad, and someone could slip on it. There was not enough toilet paper for 3 people in the property. There were not toiletries at all! Remember to bring your own shampoo, shower gel and other stuff you use such as toothpaste.

The sea is across the road. Bright and clean apartment.
