Studio Apartment Near the Beach

Upon arrival I was greeted by the host who was very welcoming and I quickly settled in, the studio was very clean and had a very comfortable bed.

Podobała nam się lokalizacja. Blisko do: plaży, promenady, sklepów, miejsc gdzie można było dobrze zjeść , napić się kawy. Przystanki autobusowe również w pobliżu. Okolica spokojna , cicha. Kwatera spełniała nasze wszystkie oczekiwania, czysto, bez robactwa, wyposazona w przydatne rzeczy, niczego nam nie zabrakło :). Materac do spania wygodny, klimatyzacja działała bez zastrzeżeń. Wielki plus dla tej kwatery <3

great location and cozy apartment

The apartment fully corresponds to the description. The apartment is cozy,guilt and bright. There is everything for a quality rest. The bed is comfortable,there is a place to work, Wi-Fi works fast. Lots of dishes if you want to cook. The area is very guilt. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. Within walking distance there is a supermarket, the Valya tavern with delicious dishes. There are many restaurants around. The city centre can be reached in 15 minutes along the embankment along the sea.The owner is always in touch and ready to help with any questions.

The location is good though the photo a deception. The view is Finikoudes beach in Larnaca town while the studio is in residential area Mackenzie close to three other beaches, cafes and restaurants.

The studio-room in an old ill maintained building with residents and tourists coming and going and ongoing renovation. The building entrance has three steps and a rather small lift, barely fitting (my) wheelchair. The studio-room has no balcony (to dry laundry, let alone sheets.) The overrated payment should have included utilities and cleaning fee. Cooking : one plate, one pan.
