Haig's Dream Flat On The Beach

We highly recommend this apartment! We spent 4 days here during an extended weekend in January. The host, Haig, was very friendly and helpful—he’ll gladly suggest what to see, where to eat, and how to get around. The apartment is lovely, clean, and very well-equipped. The morning view is breathtaking, especially at sunrise, with the beach and marina right in front of you. The beach is just two floors down—absolutely worth it! It’s perfect for a family of 4-5 (2+2-3) or, as in our case, for a group of friends. It’s also conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk to the old town, and close to bus stops for trips to Nicosia (the capital of Cyprus), Ayia Napa (with its stunning coastline), and Salt Lake. All was really nice.

The apartment is spacious for the family of four, clean and very well-furnished. Large terrace with a close sea view helps a lot to relax and enjoy our short stay. Haig is very helpful and kind host. Larnaca is also a recommendable place to stay in Cyprus: nice beaches, cafes, restaurants, shops and confectionery are within short walking distance from the apartment. We were given an exclusive parking place.

Haig's flat is more than you can wish for. It's like moving into your own home as you have everything you may need during your stay, and even more. You only need to take care of food and nothing else. The apartment faces the sea, so you can go for a swim in 2 minutes. There's a nice balcony where you can enjoy your day. This part of the town is a 15-20 minutes' walk from the centre, but is a developing area with restaurants, cafés, small shops. Mackenzie Beach is still peaceful, not overcrowded. Would love to come back again.

Perfect location. Beautiful view. Superior owner. Plenty of room inside. Perfect for 4 people stay. There's absolutely everything you would consider needing. Just bring your own food products.

Great location with sea views from the balcony. The Flat is well equipped with lots of extra touches in a good maintained secure building.Communication from Haig was excellent throughout and he is available if you needed any help during your stay.Would highly recommend this accommodation its got plenty of room with a large open plan layout.Very quiet at night for getting a good night's sleep.
