The apartment is in a fantastic location. The best possible location in Larnaca. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the staff is very friendly. It has its own free parking in the garage 20m next to the apartment. The view is fantastic. Everything is beautiful. We will come again.

The view was amazing it is too close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was clean and neat and had everything that I might need. It was the perfect apartment for perfect vacation

Localization, car parking, comfy bed, great view, apartment has everything u need. Heating system wasn't a problem for us. Welcoming water/wine, nice touch. Very spacious, useful guide with directions, great contact via WhatsApp.

Friday, Saturday -> live music below, too loud to sleep, even hard in earplugs

Cleaning needs a serious improvement Friday night was very noisy from the restaurants on the street Maintenance in general is not as good as you would expect
