Strassenbahn vor der Tür und dadurch gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt Balkon zur Gartenseite und damit ruhig

Die Wohnung war im 5. OG , WAS VORHER NICHT BEKANNT WAR Ältere Leute mit körperlichen Einschränkungen schaffen das womöglich nicht. In Küche und Bad wurde scheinbar lange nicht gewischt. Dunstabzugshaube und Regal voller, zum Teil festsitzende Staub , sowie auch auf der Wohnzimmerlampe
