infelizmente no apartamento faltam alguns utensílios de cozinha, por exemplo, tábua de carne, forno e pratos pra notar uma mesa de café da manhã, de resto é tudo impecável

Apartamento bem compacto, e apesar de irmos em 5 pessoas, nos sentimos bem confortáveis. Cozinha bem equipada. Cozinhamos algumas vezes, a ficamos com receio do cheiro de gordura no apartamento, pois a cozinha é conjugada com a sala. Proprietário muito solícito e acessível. Funcionários do condomínio muito educados e atenciosos. Tudo muito organizado e seguro. O café da manhã pago a parte é bem variado e com preço acessível.

O ar condicionado não estava gelando muito bem.
