Directly on the banks of the Amazon Flood Plain, these lovely secure, air conditioned apartments and studios have free Fiber Optic and Starlink WIFI. All have private bathrooms, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchens with tea, coffee and free drinking water. From 0700 hrs, breakfasts are available less than 2 minutes away on the famous Iquitos Boulevard with its many bars, cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets and banks are a few minutes further. La vue. La gentillesse du personnel. Le salon du côté de la chambre 8. Le jardin. Le bois de la décoration extérieure.

Des accroches dans la salle de bain pour suspendre des habits ou la serviette mouillée après la douche. Un support pour poser les valises dans la chambre.

"This is the BEST, most comfortable place to stay in Iquitos, hands down!"

This is the BEST place to stay in Iquitos, hands down. My partner and I have been in Iquitos for a month, and everything about Boulevard 251 was above and beyond. There is strong AC in the rooms (this is the first time we were cold and comfortable all month), the beds are extremely comfortable, the shower has hot and cold water, the bathroom is very nice, the room is spacious, and it has many amenities including a whole kitchen set up with gas burners and a very helpful guide book to the city! The receptionists are kind, helpful, around all 24 hours, and even speak English. The building is gorgeous, in the safest part of the city, and feels enclosed and quiet. 10/10, their website was broken but I had no issues booking through booking.com, it’s so affordable, I genuinely couldn’t recommend it more!!

Nothing could be better, it was all amazing, except that their website was broken so I couldn’t book directly through their website.

Quiet, beautiful settings, also very well accommodated with everything I needed for my stay. Staff are kind and helpful. Jim the owner is friendly and put a lot of heart into this place and it shows.
