AC blowing right on the sofa and nothing in the room, but it’s not a big deal. Everything is good.

The apartment is modern. Good Location with a supermarket, chemist, and a single restaurant all below on the ground floor for breakfast, lunch, and evening meals. Quiet area with a modern touch. Balcony with seating for two, sun first thing in the morning, but shaded late morning onwards.
