Unbeatable price for its cleanliness and convenient location. Easy access to everywhere. This was my 2nd time staying here and host was very accommodating to accept my request for only a 5 night stay. Apartment has 24hr reception area which makes it very convenient for deliveries. Happy to stay here again next time.

Has washing machine but unfortunately clothes may take 1-2 days to completely dry at the provided area in the balcony.

Swimming pool and Apartment Staff.

I was told by the owner that there is clothing detergent for the washing machine but turn out none. There are hell lot of detergent to clean the floor, basin and utensil. I was told by the owner that no housekeeping but I remember my fee include that. I'm going there on vacation not as short term servant. No electrical adptor is provided. At less you must keep me inform in advance. That country is using socket that sink in. I have that in my home. For nothing I had to buy another one. Wasted my money. The Apartment had to use 4 flight of stair then can reach the road. Not friendly for senior people.

Clean jacuzzi was nice grand Indonesia mall like 5 minutes walk. Very clean nice size. I was working on my travel website Asianinsider com.

Stairs to apartment and elevator.. it wasn't too horrible but alot of times you wait for elevator

Location is excellent close to shops, cafes, Grand Indonesia shopping mall, Indonesia Plaza and the bus station and train station. Thamrin City has a huge market at the bottom great for shopping. There is no Hypermart anymore but alfemart is across the road or Lawson at bottom. Food shopping we went to Grand Indonesias food hall. It is well equipped, a/C nice and cold. Having washing machine is great to do clothes. The bathroom is excellent nice huge shower and the water is very hot. The bed is comfy and large BRM with TV. I would highly recommend to stay here. Mr Barru was very responsive with any queries or suggestions. We loved our stay here and so close to everything. 🙂🙂

Maybe a toaster to make toast for breakfast. Everything else was great.
