The room, location and facility was ok for me and my family. Cleanliness can be better I think.

There was a smell from the toilet or maybe the main hole that spread the whole apartment. Apartment shouldn't be made available until this is fix. We were not able to enjoy fully during our stay there because of this. Hopefully this can be fix for the next tenant. I would complain and request for a change if I stay more than one day. Overall it was just okay.

Light in bathroom not working

Unit was exactly what shown in picture. Clean, comfortable, units and equipments all in good working order. Very easy and smooth c/in & c/out. Owners were very accesaible and contactactable. Owners provided international adapters and a water dispenser is also provided. Convenient location, property was well established with many convenient stores, cafes, restaurant and banks with the complex. There is even a Bluebird Taxi station in the complex making it easy to get around.

Only 1 key for each units, and that key is the ONLY device locking the door from inside and outside For whatever reason, there is no lock from inside the unit to secure the door, unless the next person leaves, lock the door from outside and leaving the other person inside with out any ability to unlock the door from inside, this is quite dangerous i reckon in any emergency situation. The toilet bowl or toilet drainage emits a very bad smell after use, something could be stucked or clogged somewhere. We've informed the property people and they said they'll look into it.
