the room is clean, and the apartment facilities are very complete

The staff were quite friendly, but it was a shame that the check-in process was hampered and had to be delayed quite a long time from the selected time. Frequent power outages, even though it never happened during my previous stay here.

Tempat dekat pas di belakang kampus sampoerna univ.

80% fasilitas tidak bisa digunakan. Luar biasa jorok. toilet tidak dibersihkan. Furniture Rusak tidak ada niat diperbaiki. Tv dan lemari rusak. jangan tergiur kesan di foto ,sama sekali tidak murah.. Lebih baik ambil hotel sebelah. BOOKING.COM HARUSNYA LEBIH TELITI MENGIJINKAN AKOMODASI MANA YG MASIH LAYAK DIHUNI MANA YG TIDAK.

place was not clean.no proper amenities inside the apartment to use.

Swimming pool, gym, sauna was in good state. Security of building was good.

The facilities was a disappointment, shower wasn’t working at all for 2 days. The wasn’t enough bedding for our use. Unresponsive to our communications, eventually communication started after I complained through booking.com
