Valia is incredibly helpful and kind, the balcony had the best views, the town is lovely and an early morning swim (in the sea or the pool, makes for the best start of the day

We had a wonderful stay. Valia is a truly warm-hearted and attentive host—quick to help with anything. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well-equipped, in a quiet area close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect for a family stay. It was close to the beach and restaurants and shopping.

The shower in our bathroom was very small and did not have a shower curtain.

After visiting Villa Georgia for the second year in a row, I can say that it provides excellent value for your money. Valia is amazing, kind and really helpful host. Clean rooms with AC and possibility to cook. Amazing sea view from the balcony and 3 minutes to the beach.

The host is super attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and meet our needs. The view was butifull. The swimming pool was good (although a bit small)

Our room was posted as 2+1. The 1 guest slept on the main living toom , which didn't have an A/C nor a vent (we opened the windows and it was fine, but don't know if this will work for extra hot nights though). Our room's shower door didn't close properly and the small shower (not a problem on its own) didn't have a curtain or a inner door, so every shower ended in lots of water on the floor....

Very nice and very clean villa. Just 5 min to go to the beach or Kalyves sentrum. Very kind and helpful owner. We got everything we asked for and much more. Very good value for money. I would stay/choose this villa/apartments again :)

In our apartment was a bit small shower.
