Локація прекрасна. Тихий двір, недалеко від метро і центру. Поряд Саржин Яр, де можна просто релаксувати.

Зауваження до спального місця. Це якийсь досить стрьомний диван з деформованою поверхнею. Туди б хоча б покласти якийсь матрац-рол, то може б можна було нормально спати. Моя спина за 4 ночі стала дерев'яною. Хазяйці варто задуматися та поставити ліжко з нормальним матрасом. Також у квартирі не працює кондиціонер, хоча в оголошенні він є. При температурі на вулиці більше +30 була страшна задуха. Поставте хоча б вентилятор. Також варто замінити банний рушник, який був такий застираний, наче ним мили підлогу. Мусила іти в магазин і купляти новий. Подушки теж дуже зношені і збиті. З усіма цими недоліками вважаю, що ціна не відповідає ппопозиції, вона надто завищена.
