The location and the silence. Falling asleep with waves and waking with the sounds of waves. Nice bed very comfortable. Makes my stress go away perfectly.

Maybe a knife and fork but everthing else is wonderful and so is the staff!

Location, comfort, clean

Property is located in a nice quiet inlet with a small rocky beach. There is some sand above the rock area. We enjoyed the location it was very private. We had a rental car which allowed us the opportunity to visit all the beaches and explore the Island.

Parking is limited but we could always find one on the narrow rode up the hill from the property.

It’s a nice place to stay for one night. There are plenty of facilities inside the house. The staff is really good and polite. They have made a great job!

The small sea area has a lot of garbage and the water isn’t clean enough to swim. The sea was the main reason for our booking. The path to the house is difficult and you need a vehicle or you can walk about 15’ upward to the main road. I think the are better houses to stay in the island for less money.

the view was nice and the room was clean….. the cleaner very helpful…..

the beach was dirty …. a lot of cats were using the sand for their poos……

This was the most beautiful location. Incredibly private and a beautiful place to stay. The beach was lovely and the water crystal clear. We went to sleep to the sound of the waves! The room was gorgeous, with a lovely indoor and outdoor shower and a comfy bed!

We thought everything was fantastic!

Hotel staff were great at issuing a refund when the ferries were cancelled due to wind. They also arranged us a taxi to and from the port, and met us at the top of the hill with the key- our stay was cut very short due to the ferries, so they did the best to accommodate us and let us have as much time on the island over checking in protocols etc. The room was nice, clean and secluded, and about a 20 minute walk into town up hill. There was a coffee machine, fridge and safe in the room.

No catering for hot drinks other than coffee, no help with baggage down or up the hill. Quite basic for the cost over some of the other places we stayed for a fraction of the price.

an incredible property to stay at, which is a must if you’re staying in kimilos. going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves, wondering over the rocks around the traditional fishermens huts and enjoying the beaches were highlights. if you don’t mind a bit of an uphill walk you can easily get to the chorio and the road is quiet and lit. we would absolutely stay here again and very much hope to revisit kimonos.

the room wasn’t cleaned for the three days we were there, which meant there was sand everywhere, stacked rubbish and the bin in the toilet began to smell as you can’t flush paper. this isn’t as big a deal if you know going in, but a broom and outside space to put the bins would be helpful. the room book also said cleaning was included 🤷‍♂️

Almost alone with only a couple of fishermen and a lovely neighbour and her dog Hector for occasional company. The perfect place to relax, read and cool off in the sea with the added bonus of a really comfortable bed! Easily accessible to Chorio but be warned it is a 15 minute walk up hill - or you can just rent a scooter and explore the island! Very friendly staff at Aria, they also transported our baggage to and from Elephant House.

A little more shelving/work top space would be useful.
