Perfect uitgerust appartement. Alles is heel erg compleet, schoon en heerlijk dat er een terras aanwezig is. De eigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De bushalte is om de hoek en de bus naar Koblenz stad gaat zeer regelmatig. Echt een plek om aan te bevelen!

Blitzblanke, neu renovierte und gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern! Es ist an alles gedacht - fast wie zu Hause :-) Besonderes Highlight: die überdachte Hochterrasse zum Garten hin ist für jedes Wetter geeignet. Perfekte Lage für Tagestouren mit dem Rad entlang der Flüsse Rhein, Mosel, Lahn. Abschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Räder. Mit dem Rad ist man an der Mosel entlang in 15 min in der Koblenzer Altstadt.

We liked everything about this apartment. Location, space, fit-out, volume of cutlery, crockery and others utensils; the back garden; the bed and pillows; and the kitchen. The table on the back porch was great for watching the squirrels in the garden. There was also a good provision of bathroom items that all travelers need.The apartment was perfect and the hosts fantastic. It was just a 5 minute drive to the Moselle River and 10 minutes into Koblenz so the location was outstanding. This apartment has become our new benchmark for our 10 star rating and the others must now work harder to achieve 8 or 9. We highly recommend this apartment for those wishing to visit Koblenz and the lower Moselle or Rhine Valley.

This was the perfect property with absolutely nothing wrong. The hosts have worked extremely hard to ensure their guests are totally satisfied.

Beautifully designed apartment. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Great attention to detail. A modern German house in a typical residential area with easy access to the old town and central attractions on the #5 bus. Burg Eltz and Burg Thurant are a short drive away. We loved it all!

Nothing negative to write about.

It was an apartment and although it did not include any meals, the host generously left a beer for me and supplied tea , coffee, and a free large bottle of water. She also had Wine available for a very reasonable cost. Her sauna was exceptional! There were two tvs and several channels in English. Very few stairs as it is just about ground level. There are blackout blinds and the unit is very very quiet. It had a washer and clothes rack with soap, all included. There is ample dishes, pots, dishwasher. A separate kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom.it had two coffee machines with pods and drip basket with a full pot. The parking was free and 3 steps from the gate.

Nothing, maybe an iron ?

A real home from home - we booked a six night stay and would like to have stayed longer! Great contemporary interior decor, clean and spacious, all the facilities and equipment you might need and a spacious seating area overlooking a large, well maintained garden. Location was just what we wanted - a quiet backwater outside the city centre so no problems parking the car outside the property and a bus stop with a frequent service (buy a 3 day pass - extremely good value) to the city just a couple of minutes away. Several large supermarkets for provisions and a small shopping centre were also around 5 minutes walk away. Koblenz and environs are really interesting and this was just what we needed to relax after days exploring the area.

We had to go home!
