A nossa Anfitriã é nota 1000!!! Obrigado Beatriz!!! Nós ajudou em tudo que foi preciso. Localização excelente, tudo próximo. Pertinho da rua coberta. Garagem coube uma S10 de ré. Dois quartos com portas isso foi ótimo privacidade para todos. Tem cozinha e área de serviço completa até com máquina de lavar roupas, faltou apenas um Air Fryer.

Cama de casal com colchão ruim, barulho de molas, já está velho precisa trocar. Na verdade o apartamento precisa de uma renovada geral, pois está muito antigo. (Uma dica) Ah! Apesar da garagem caber uma S-10 de ré, se a garagem estiver lotada vc não consegue manobrar para entrar de ré na vaga, aí tem que vir lá da rua até a sua vaga de ré, é isso dá trabalho principalmente quando a cidade está lotada e a rua com trânsito,
