La ubicación, está en el centro, muy cerca de los sitios de interés.

El ruido de los vecinos y de la calle, hay un club nocturno justo debajo del apartamento, con lo cual es difícil dormir, si quieres tranquilidad, no lo recomiendo. El piso es muy antiguo, y necesita algunos arreglos.

La ubicación, porque no nos hizo falta coger el auto para nada todo lo que fuimos a conocer estaba cerca de el dpto, también que tuviera parquin privado porque ubiese sido muy difícil estacionar en el centro de la ciudad, y por último el dpto muy acogedor y muy cómodo...
