The location is perfect and the restaurant next door is fab.

The stairs are steep and very uneven When we first went in, it had a stale smell. The shower needs to be regrouted! it's very bad and looks dirty The bed is comfortable but very noisy. When my husband turned over in his sleep, it woke me up.

Air conditioning and washing machine and goed position right in the center of everything 👍

The bed uncomfortable and cheap synthetic 👎 sheets instead of cotton ones . If there's was no airco and no washing machine it would have the worst booking 😒. If the owner will take more care of these things it wil be much-better I can quranty it will be Perfect

Very narrow steeps to the 3 floor. Terrible smelling peace of material or something inside washing machine. We decide not even touch it. Refrigerator is a joke, some kind of minibar. Cant chill even a bottle of wine. Ask for help to order us a taxi ( because my phone cant make a call in Europe ) Guess what ? Received a message from host that she is not receptionist.

Breakfast not applicable. Great restaurant next door and the property is less than 10 mins walk from the ferry which was the reason for booking.

No hot water in either taps or shower and there is a very dangerous step half way though the bathroom which can not been seen easily when stepping down. Change the floor tiles or highlight the edge of the step somehow. My wife has Parkinson’s and found this and the uneven steps from street level up two floors a problem. I wouldn't have booked had I known but we got over it but it’s best to mention if anyone has mobility or sight issues then the apartment is not suitable.

Location. We were able to dine next door at Osteria Pietro l’Angolo which had authentic Livorno food and it was very close to the port. We walked to the Corsica ferry!

Needed to have the windows open for airflow and it was loud. With the windows closed it would have been stuffy.

The location was excellent and the owner was easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and it had everything I needed. Plenty of coffee for the coffee machine and supplies for the washing machine.

Only thing I didn't like was the faint smoke smell but I'm really sensitive. It's clearly non-smoking and most people wouldn't notice. Just something from the past. Linen and beds were still clean and with no smoke smell.

Clean. Comfortable.

A lot of uneven steps in the flat and high step leaving and entering the flat. I nearly fell twice.
