"Escapada en pareja"

La ubicación es excelente, con una magnífica terraza. La cama de matrimonio, que es la que usamos, era muy cómoda.

El sofá del salón-comedor no es muy cómodo.

Appartement propre mais mal entretenu: peintures à refaire huisserie en mauvais état. très compliqué pour avoir les chaines de télé françaises( pas de décodeur!). Je pense que le propriétaire devrait investir dans la rénovation, au lieu de chercher uniquement à gagner de l'argent!

"Un très bel emplacement mais un logement en très mauvais état et mal équipé."

L'emplacement conforme aux photographies avec vue sur le port et la mer. Une superbe terrasse.

Une vétusté générale. L'appartement sentait fortement le renfermé. Des infiltrations d'eau lors de fortes pluies. Des ouvrants laissant passer l'air. Un équipement antédiluvien (dont l'électroménager). Un mobilier en mauvais état et datant très largement du siècle dernier (table branlante, chaises défoncées,...) Une salle de bain non chauffée et fort peu pratique. Une plomberie à problème. Une bouteille de gaz vide le 31 décembre au soir et pas de bouteille de réserve.

"Piso apto para jovenes que no tengan problema con las escaleras"

Ubicacion, limpieza, habitacion de matrimonio, otra con 2 camas y luego el “sofa cama”, cocina completa

3 piso sin ascensor, sofa super incomodo, yo antes lo quemaba, por casi 100€ la noche por un piso sin ascensor que te quieran cobrar sabanas y toallas aparte, que quieres que te diga, echamos de menos sacacorchos, espumadera oxidada que daba asco, ducha con poca presion y sin poder colgarla

"Molt còmode i pràctic"

Molt bona ubicació, a 1 min de la platja i al centre de Llançà, apartament molt ben equipat i amb aire acondicionat.

Els llençols i tovalloles es paguen a part o els has de protar de casa.
