The location and the decor of the space.

Really lovely apartment - spacious, light and airy with a beautiful little terrace outside. It was comfortable and clean and so well located for Komiza - just a minute’s walk from the seafront. The kitchen had everything we needed to make food, including a full size fridge and freezer.

The hosts were very communicative when they wanted to send us info about luxury boat tours, etc. but rather less so when we needed help. The washing machine in the apartment doesn’t work at all and although we were told someone would come to look at it they never showed up. Not a massive drama, but would have preferred to have used the apartment facilities rather than spend €20 on a laundry service in the village, which was our only other option.

Very good place

The property was recently renovated, equipped with a kitchen, couch, smart tv and a large bathroom (with walk in shower) - which meant that you had a nice space to relax or cook if you wanted some time away from the island. The room was also extremely large 😊 with a lot of natural light. The location was great, and gave excellent access to Komiza The accomodation also provided large beach towels which was amazing!

There appeared to be a bit of mould forming on the bathroom tiles, but nothing major (and easily cleaned) - otherwise the place was perfectly clean 😊
