Bonito y acogedor apartamento pleno centro junto Catedral

The location was amazing. Close to the cathedral, tapas area, and the market. For being so central, it was still quiet at night. If we return to Granada, we would definitely stay here again.

Only small issue is the lack of a smart tv. We like our Netflix after a long day of walking. Still not really important.

Although the accommodation itself did not meet our expectations due to the incorrect description, I want to highlight the excellent communication from the young woman Marlen who assisted us. Even though she wasn’t the owner, she did everything in her power to correct the situation and make our stay more comfortable. Her professionalism and willingness to help were greatly appreciated and made a difficult situation much easier to handle.

I was quite disappointed with the accuracy of the room description regarding the beds. The listing clearly stated that the room would have two single beds, but upon arrival, I found that it actually had a bunk bed. This discrepancy was misleading and not what I had expected when booking the accommodation. To make matters worse, the owner offered alternative accommodation 850 meters away without offering a price reduction, even though it was not nearly as close or convenient. This incorrect description and handling of the situation are unfair to customers and should be addressed.

Apartment is great, clean, comfortable, it has everything you need! It was also appreciated they let me check out a little later😌

Noise! If you’re looking for calm place to sleep, this place will not be the best option! Due to central location and a few cafes right under the windows, it’s hard to sleep before 1-2 am, even with earplugs. At the mornings there was noise (drilling) from the building in front.
