Luminous Alhambra view apartment in Albayzín

The house is old and beautiful, very nice patio, good location in the middle of Albaycin. There is a good view to Alhambra and to the city. The bedrooms are good, they have a quite new furniture and good beds.

The apartment needs total cleaning. The windows, the bathroom, the kitchen, all very dirty. They have never cleaned behind the doors. And the sofa is awful, it is ugly, dirty and uncomfortable, The worst thing was, that it is very noicy all the time. There is no isolation in the windows, doors, and walls. We did hear every step from the neighbour apartments. Their toilet made a noice like Niagara falls just above our bed. And from the alleys we heared every word. There was 5 hours silent, or almost silent from 2 to 7. No sleep enough.

Es ist eine gemütliche Wohnung in einem wunderschönen Viertel, tollem Ausblick auf die Alhmbra.

Die Wohnung war aufgrund der Heizung, die man nur schwer regulieren kann, sehr warm. Aber das ist Jmmern auf hohem Niveau, besser als zu kalt.

The location is a 10+++. Just a little up the hill in Albaicín, a very short walk from the Moroccan St aka Calderería Nueva and Plaza Nueva (transport and food). The apartment is roomy with a large living room/dining area with a vaulted wood ceiling. From there, you have a great view of the Alhambra and the city below. The kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is a bit rustic but we loved the place and felt very comfortable in it. Communication was easy with Antonio and Nacho. We met Antonio and he was very nice.

I have no real complaints just info for others. The shower is small, at 1.9 meters tall and weighing 80 kg, it was a snug fit for me. The bed is of the foam type which for some can be kind of hot. For those who want to control room temperature, it is automated so you can't alter it. The front door to the building has a lock that many people had difficulty with - thankfully we had the keypad number to automatically unlock it.

L' appartamento è grande e ben attrezzato, Nacho ci ha accolti e aiutati a portare le valige(l'appartamento è al primo piano con una scala un po' ripida)molto gentile e disponibile! Ci ha dato anche una breve spiegazione storica della città e un po' di dritte per locali e ristoranti. Siamo stati davvero bene e nonostante qualche difficoltà ad arrivare ci tornerei molto volentieri. Vista sull'Alhambra meravigliosa.

Tutto bene, forse un po' più di cura nella pulizia del pavimento non sarebbe guastata ma l' appartamento era pulito nel complesso. Per arrivare chiamate un taxi e non affidatevi agli Uber che non entrano nelle viuzze del quartiere! L'abbiamo imparato a nostre spese 😂

住在百年古屋，窗外可瞭望阿爾罕宮，雖然沒有店梯，但屋主的愛屋及設施佈置，都能感受到。屋主還來和我們分享城市的歷史和如何感受參訪這如手掌般的美麗山城。真的很受用，屋內有提供住宿需知和服務、美食推薦。很值得入住。

Las vistas y la ubicación

Amazing location, positioned near the teterias and lots of cafes and bars, great views and everything you need for a great, hassle free holiday. Would definitely stay again. The host was very accommodating and let us keep our bags there after checkout time. Thank you!!!
