Rooms in the apartment-center

Overall it's a great low-budget stay. Location in the old city center 20m from the Cathedral of St. Elizabeth. Very comfortable bed, big sunny balcony, private parking in the yard.

Only one WC can be a problem when the bathroom is occupied by other guests. A 2nd WC is in renovation and then the place will be fantastic.

-Great location. -Decent price for a last-minute booking. -Both the room and the overall property are quite spacious. -Pretty comfortable bed. -Good wifi.

-Checking in was not entirely straightforward, as there was no reception or clearly designated bell button at the entrance. Fortunately a pizza place across the street had wifi, so I was able to send a message within Booking app. -The host did not speak English, which can potentially be problematic. -The room itself looked somewhat unfinished, but still clean and fully functional.

Really spacious, quiet place for a very fair price. Located 300m from the heart of the city center. Good vibe.

Good location just outside the city centre. Very nice bathroom with a big bathtub. Friendly owner who speak a little bit (but enough) English and a little bit more German. Perfectly sufficient room, sturdy bed without being stiff.

It could have been more explicitly stated that all rooms have a shared bathroom. When I booked there was a choice between "2-person room with shared bathroom" and "1-person room". While sharing a bathroom is not a problem per se, it is something I would have liked to know beforehand. Washing machine looked dirty on the inside.

Host very helpful and VERY GOOD LOCATION

I found this place 2 hours before check in. It was Christmas night, I missed the train, so I had to stay in Kosice for the night. I am very grateful to the owners of this house for preparing a room for me, despite the fact that it was a holiday. The house is clean and comfortable, there is a kitchen. Also it is located in the heart of the city, and 12 min from the train station. Definitely recommend!
