"Good location, but noisy as many apartments / no noise rules"

Bed mattress worn out as well as duvet / pillows Very worn & thin Lack of daylight & noise from other apartments No quiet rules at night/ many people come back late at night and shouting Must be uncomfortable for inhabitants in the next door building
