A nice, cosy and comfortable place next to the downtown, a lot of space

The self-registration form is too long and complicated, especially if you dont plan to stay for long there

The flat was very functional and cosy

It was prepared for 2 people instead of 3.

Really good localization with a lot of parking spaces nearby that are really cheap. The apartment was better than expected for the price. Wish I could find apartments such as this one in other places.

Previous visitors have left some very minor flaws on things like bed sheet (ripped in one place) or a cigarette burnt hole in a cover blanket. There was no wifi as stated in reservation info. We've also had issues with keys due to building keyhole malfunction (people living there couldn't get in as well) and if we hadn't found that they work with the entrance on the back of the building, I'm afraid the owner would leave us helpless. The situation was sudden and unique for our stay though and I could imagine that the owner could feel helpless too, because he does not own the building.

The lock was not hard to find but the location of the box isn't great. I had problems with opening it. Without yt video I wouldn't be able to get to the apartment. Overall the flat is ok, but in Košice you can find better for that price.
