We had a nice time at Mari's apartment. It is very clean and has a plenty space for our family of 5. All the staff we need like kitchen utensils and washing machine (really important with kids) are there. Another important thing for staying with kids is that the windows looks at the mountains (fantastic view) but not on the bars and restaurants so you can sleep well. You also have a key from storage for skis and boots at the first floor. The main ski lifts are in 5-7 minutes walk and various restaurants are around. If you want to cook by yourself Spar shop is about 4 minutes walk. Mari is very responsible, she answers quickly. If we will come back I definitely stay here again. One more thing you need to know - you will need a cash in lari to pay for the apartment, but it is not a big problem.

The property was in the heart of Gudauri Ski Resort and is accessible to shops and restaurant. The property itself provides spacious living room, comfortable beds and modern livable apartment for a family of four. Access to the tourist attactions and ski rental facilities are easy. Internet connection is fast with free access to Netflix.

It was but surprising to pay additional 100GEL for cleaning fee on top of our total cost, this charges was not mentioned during our booking reservation. Nobody came to clean the property during our entire stay. There is no facility for garbage disposal, would be inconvenient for longer stays.

This is an excellent apartment quite close to the gondola and is very comfortable and suitable for friends and families.

The location shown on booking shows that the apartment is closer to the gondola. It was 30 meters farther. It's still a great location. The owner of the apartment was lovely, and she let us stay in the apartment and do a late check-out with no extra charge. Remember to take money in order to pay in cash.

Bathroom sink wasnt draining well, easily fixable and then it will be ideal

Very close to the ski lift. There is a decent restaurant and skiing equipment rental located next to the lobby. The owner is very responsive and friendly.

The mattress for sofa-bed is out of shape and uncomfortable. The pillows were too soft and flat. Owner is not in Gudauri so making payment is a little cumbersome as you have to either walk to the SPAR (5 mins walk) and make payment via a kiosk or wait for her helper to swing by so that you can make the payment.

Very specious apartment, with all the necessary equipment.

Location was great, one of the best for skiers. And the ski renting store is right on the first floor
