Luxury Large Apartment 21

Poloha,veľkosť a vybavenie apartmánu je super.

Apartmán má strašne veľký potenciál ale dosť veľký problém je čistota: prach , špinavá chladnička a mraznička, špinavá mikrovlnná rúra, pomaly by už bolo potrebné premaľovať a preprať/prevoňať závesy a záclony. Posteľná bielizeň a uteráky sa zrejme perú v čistiarni, tam by bolo dobré prihodiť 1-2€ naviac aby to trocha voňalo a nezapáchalo za chémiou. Nefunkčná práčka a vodovodná batéria vo vani a chýbajúca zátka.

Good location. Fairly low price for lots of space. And in general the place is really nice, pity that the cleaning quality was so low that it overshadowed all the impression for us.

Cleaning was at the low level. Air was unfesh and damp due to the drying bed linen on the rack of previous stay + the dust, I assume. For some reason all our bed lined smelled unfresh too (super bad, actually), probably bad washing temperature/ conditions or something. Kitchen vent hood was not sucking any air because it was not cleaned for quite some time, I'm afraid. Same with the fridge, and all small details like this. But my bad, I did not read the reviews before booking -- would not do so otherwise.

The apartment was not cleaned properly after the previous visitors had left. There were dust everywhere and chips under the sofas etc. Also there was a lot of tiny bugs in the toilet

Amazing location, flat layout was good, furnishing was good

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to the expected standard, which made our experience quite uncomfortable, especially as we were staying with two young children. The main issues we encountered included: - Piles of dust on the floor in every room. The amount of dust and cobwebs made it difficult to let our children play on the floor due to hygiene concerns. - The toilet had not been cleaned at all - I had to spend an hour cleaning the bathroom myself upon arrival, which was certainly not the start to a relaxing stay that we had hoped for. - It appeared that while some areas had been tidied, overall, the flat was not properly cleaned. We were disappointed as it felt like the cleaning was not taken seriously, which impacted our ability to enjoy our stay and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

large apartment, lot of beds, verry close to objectives to visit, restaurants, suvenirs, mall shopping.....

no soap for washing hands, dust on the floor.

Great location, huge apartment , friendly staff, help right away, convenient check in and out

Unfortunately ut Wasn't clean at all. Toilet half dirty, oven was disaster, a lot of dust in the house...
