Everything was fantastic

check in was normal 3pm. we requested 1pm and there was no issue. we also asked could we check out a little later only an hour and a half extra and again they had no problem. great location. stunning apartment. really clean! everything in walking distance. Oscar Schindler’s factory was 5 minute walk and tram service was right outside the door. would highly recommend

Location - quiet area Right by the Jewish Ghetto memorial Short walk to Shindler's factory museum Very close to trams to get into the old town and various other connections. Short walk to a large supermarket market plenty of small ones open till 10/11. Some nice bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Walking to old town is possible but it was -2 and snowing when we went so we utilised the trams. Facilties - kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and packed lunches and dinners. Dishwasher tablets were left so we could use the dishwasher. Bathroom was lovely modern and clean. Small amount of Washing powder was left so I used the washing machine which was useful. Loumge was roomy with a big smart TV. We'd brought a firestick to use. Sofa bed was very comfortable to chill out on. Not sure I'd want to have slept on it. Lovely large mirror in hallway. Bedroom had plenty if hanging spaces for clothes and we found the bed very comfortable. Heating- we read elsewhere in reviews that heating lacked but we found the apartment VERY warm and cosy especially when it was snowing outside. Balcony area looked lovely but we did not utilise it due to the weather. Getting to and into the apartment was fairly straightforward. Instructions were sent with plenty of time and were clear.

There were 2 points that although not a big deal collectively made me score 9 as opposed to 10. There was a smell of I think damp when we entered. It wasn't pleasant but did seem to fade and everything was very clean. I didn't notice it after the first day although my partner said he could smell it in the bathroom. Check out was at 10. Which even though I found it early we were aware and planning to leave 10 at the dot. What was not helpful for us getting ready to leave was the room being buzzed before 10 and then being knocked at the door minutes before 10. We left at exactly 10:04 so not exactly overstaying but we'd have been out earlier if we didn't have to keep pausing our final cleaning and checks answering the door. Also the house rules was to take your rubbish down which is not uncommon and is absolutely fine but you need a key to rubbish to the bins.. which we no longer had as we checked out. Saying that I would not hesitate to stay again. We are looking to come back to Krakow in the summer and would absolutely stay here again if the value remained similar. I would not hesitate to absolutely recommend this place to any couples staying in Krakow.

Good location. Cozy, clean, looks modern. You get the privacy of a home. Price was great. The owner let us check in earlier, which was really nice of them

Maybe would be good to have at least some laundry detergents and capsules for the dishwasher, as most travelers don't have these and there is no way to buy it in small quantities
