The house is newly built with a lot of cafes downstairs, the apartment quite recently repaired, though the glass is broken already

Bad impression overall, highly do not recommend. The host forgets to send instructions, after you remind her - sends them in three different ways. Get ready to go to the ATM to pay in cash and lose some money. The host is awful, as well as her nervous freaky friend who comes for the cash. It is for the first time in my many year history of using Booking.com. Absolute dislike

The aspacious partment is located in walking distance to the city center and the Old Town of Krakow. The apartment is also equiped with air conditioning which is vital in hot summer days.

On the down side the apartment lacks day light as it has only one corner window of the balcony.

The apartment is situated in the centre, next to Kazimierz.

The communication with the host was not easy. They were not picking up the phone or replying promptly from the start. After successfully contacting them, I received instructions on how to get to the apartment. Everything seemed to be approved and confirmed. However, after arriving and putting in the code to get the keys from the box, my family and I realised the box was empty. There were no keys inside. After a few minutes someone else opened the door. It turned out there was already another guest inside! The host must have double booked the flat. We were trying to reach the host via calls and messages in the following hours - no response at all. They were simply ignoring us. After a few hours we noticed they read the message on Whatsapp - however, no response either. We had to quickly look for a new accommodation which was stressful as it is a busy time of year in Krakow and many apartments and hotels were already booked… It caused us unnecessary stress and complicated our plans. Then later on we got a notification from Booking in the middle of the night that the host apparently said we had not checked into the apartment (this was at 2AM!). Again, no response from the host or any messages. Just a notification from Booking com that the host informed them we had not checked in! The host has not reached out to us to this day. We are trying to now investigate it with Booking com. I do not recommend this accommodation. If you want a stress-free holiday, better to book somewhere else. Mistakes and double booking might happen but least they could do is pick up the phone, apologise and offer some compensation. Not lie that we had not checked in.

Location

The communication with the stuff, quite hard, not answering on Booking message chat. Then, when we had to pay, the lady asked us for extra amount of money for the parking (60 instead of 40 PLN, the price that was written on Booking description) and she didn't explain why, when we asked her. The flat looks as in the pictures, however most of equipment/furniture/etc looks quite used up.

Location is great. Friendly staff.

Property was not clean enough. It was dirty and nasty. Hears in the kitchen’s drawer near spoons. Toilet wasn’t sanitized. Again hears from previous guests in the bathroom. Old plumbing and issues with water drain.

Good location

I cannot be satisfied with the parking offer. When I contacted the owner in arrival, sms mesage says that the parking lot was occupied by an unknown car and was solving the matter. I received alternative parking, but it is 20 min. on foot, that's why I didn't park there. The next day I expected that the matter was resolved as promised. But it wasn't, again only substitute parking (20 minut) Since I am on summer vacation with my family, you can imagine that every single day would be a delay in going to park and unpark the car, find the location ... It's suspicious to me is that the keys didn't have a pilot for remote control of the garage from the begin.

Ideal location for all of Krakow attractions. Clean and comfortable
