The apartment itself was great—clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. However, I had issues with check-in as I was not provided with instructions upon arrival, which caused a long wait. The host initially apologized and offered compensation, but later became unresponsive when it came to following through. While the stay itself was pleasant, the lack of communication made the experience frustrating.

"Lovely stay in the heart of Krakow"

I had a great stay at the apartment. It is in the heart of Krakow next to countless amazing cafes and restaurants! Easy to check in and check out. Really comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom.

Just a great apartment to stay in very good value and would love to return

A chair I sat on broke (not there fault as I’m a bit larger then most and hit my head and also a fuse blew while I was there but I’d still give it 5 stars was a great location that I’d recommend to anyone !

Comfortable apartment, decent location and very fairly priced. Good tea / coffee facilities. Great aesthetics

No English channels on TV/ TV difficult to operate.
