Location and clear instructions regarding check in and check out

The apartment looked better than the pictures. It is in a lovely residential area with a beautiful magnolia tree blooming out the window (we were in the Studio Apartment). While it is a bit of a walk to the old town, it is a nice walk and buses and trams are a very short distance away (1/2 block). The river and Plany are also close by. The apartment itself was comfortable.

We would have rated this apartment much, much higher as we liked it but the problem was the bed. It seems that the bed should be the first consideration since people come to sleep, but it seemed like the last. It literally had springs or something hard sticking out in some areas, and some places it did not even seem to have padding. It was so inconsistent. We had to sleep in specific positions to find a comfortable spot and then not move. Not only was the bed in need of replacement, the bedding also could use an update. It would also have helped to have curtains that were not sheer as the morning sun woke us up each morning very early (this might only be a problem certain months). We were glad it had a washer and dryer,but the washer is not in the room, it is on the ground floor, although the listing says it is in the room.

Перебували як туристи удвох з подружкою на травневі свята. Дуже зручне розташування - близько до старого міста, близько зупинка громадського транспорту. В апартаментах є своя кухня з посудом, електрочайник, мікрохвильовка, набір для чаю- кави. У нас була чудова велика тераса з видом на тихий двір. В шафці багато вішачків. В апартаментах є плаский телевізор, гарний кондиціонер. Пральна машина, сушарка та праска є на першому поверсі в загальному доступі.

Прибирання , виносу сміття, заміни рушників за 5 днів не було взагалі. Навіть прибирання території при вході ( там було багато сміття та опавшого цвіту з відцвівшої магнолії) також не було.

Дуже затишно. Є все необхідне, та навіть більше: плита, тарілки, стакани, мікрохвильова піч, кондиціонер і т.д.

Те, що за в'їзд о 1 ночі і пізніше, треба доплачувати 100 злотих, хоча ключик від апартаментів можна отримати просто ввівши код, без персоналу
