Sehr zentral, schöne Einrichtung!

Man kann sich extrem den Kopf stoßen im Treppenhaus, das sollte markiert werden... Die Dusche (Regendusche) ist recht unpraktisch, wenn man die Haare nicht waschen möchte.

Lage direkt an der Trave.

Es war eine altbackene Wohnung mit alten und abgewohnten Möbeln. Im Kleiderschrank konnte kein Kleiderbügel gerade platziert werden, da dieser zu schmal war. Das Bad/WC war sehr klein. Das Wasbecken gehört eigentlich in eine Puppenküche und ist eine Zumutung. Die Dusche hat einen sehr glatten Belag und für Unfälle geradezu prädestiniert. Ferner sind an der Duschdecke dunkle Flecken (schwarzer Pilz!?) und abgeplatzte Farbstellen zu sehen.
