It's conveniently located, next to a lot of restaurants and groceries etc. We chose this place because it's within walkable distance to the SEC and it's priced reasonably.

It's not very clean. All the places that should require extra cleaning, like showers bathrooms and kitchen, were clean enough. But the wooden floors in all the bedrooms were quite dusty. We didn't ask for cleaning after checkin because we were exhausted from the long flights from Hong Kong. I tried to email the host for an early check-in one day before but didn't get a response. So after we landed, I made a few phone calls to inquire about this. We were told that an early check-in couldn't be arranged, which was fine because that was just a request. The lady on the phone told me that she would reply through email or booking.com message but I never got that message. Not sure if it was an email system issue. Our flight arrived at 12pm and we weren't able to get a hold of the keys until 4pm (the official check in time). So we really couldn't care about how clean the place was. Another thing was, the second floor was rented probably to the same group of people who were going to the exhibition. They moved around at 2am/3am (due to jetlag?) and also early in the morning and it was really really noisy. But it was an old wooden house, the noise was inevitable. Though all in all, it was a great deal to get this place at this neighborhood. But if you care a lot about the place being clean and quiet, hope you get the facts.

Needs more plates pots and pans and silverware. Hard if you plan to eat in. But great if planning on mostly eating out.

There was a certain amount of roll together in the beds. There were double quilts on king size beds.
